In a facebook group which I am a member of, one of the group asked the question how do I create a drop down menu with a clickable parent in WordPress using the Ocean WP theme.
To achieve this you need to do the following:
Go to Appearance > Customise > Header > Mobile Menu, and set the Dropdown Target to Icon.
